Shasta Daisies are a beloved perennial. Shades of white, cream and yellow make up the palette of petals for this perennial. Flower heads can run anywhere from one to four inches in diameter. Shasta Daisies have a clumping habit of growth, so it’s a good idea to divide them every two to three years. In Oklahoma they can tolerate light shade, especially in the hot summer months. It is also a good idea to cut flower stocks to promote further blooming and the longevity of plant life.

Shasta Daisies aren’t known for many insect or disease issues making them a great choice for low to no chemical gardening. This plant can be used anywhere to brighten up the display of your landscape.
