Available Positions
Greenhouse Associates
TLC Garden Centers is now hiring Greenhouse Associates for seasonal positions, 8:30am -6pm shifts, weekend work required. $15.00 an hour compensation. This job requires a willingness to learn about plants and to share the knowledge with customers. Duties include providing excellent customer service, stocking plants, keeping the greenhouse neat and orderly, as well as unloading plants from trucks. Must be able to lift 45lbs. and able to work in extreme temperatures on occasion. A challenging but rewarding position.

Carryout
Seasonal position, pay rate $12 – $14 per hour
TLC Garden Centers is hiring seasonal Carryout positions at our Memeorial location to help customers with their purchases. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and enjoy retail work. We are hiring seasonal full- and part-time for this position at our Memorial location. Flexible hours, we are open 7 days a week. Some weekend work is required. Cashier
TLC Garden Centers is hiring seasonal full-time and part-time Cashiers available through June 30, 2025, at our Memorial Rd store. $14.00 an hour compensation. We are looking for dependable, punctual, friendly people for our retail sales department. Weekend work required. If you are a reliable, trustworthy, friendly person who loves plants and people, this is the job for you!
